These Terms explain how the Site works, how orders are placed and delivered, what rights you have as a consumer, and how promotions, reviews and customer support are handled. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to vary these Terms at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the Terms which apply shall be those you accepted when placing your order.

Access may be suspended, withdrawn or restricted for operational, maintenance or technical reasons. We may update or change the content or functionality of the Site at any time.

When you create an account, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities carried out through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, unauthorised access, fraud or a breach of these Terms.

You must be over 18 years of age to place orders on the Site. By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email.
While we make every effort to ensure that prices, product descriptions and availability are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error relating to your order before dispatch, we will contact you and may cancel the order. Any payment already made will be refunded in full.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders before dispatch where we reasonably believe an order is fraudulent, placed in breach of these Terms, or affected by a technical or pricing error.

These Terms apply to consumers residing in the United Kingdom.
Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer rights under applicable UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs). Where mandatory rules provide greater protection, those rules prevail.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable UK rate, unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charges are shown before checkout.
Payment must be made at the time of order confirmation using the payment methods available on the Site. We use secure payment gateways to process transactions.

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and to other destinations shown at checkout. Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are displayed before you complete your order.
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local conditions or factors outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for delays caused by events such as force majeure or incorrect delivery information provided by you.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a person nominated by you) physically receive the goods. Ownership passes once full payment has been received and the products delivered.
If we are unable to deliver your order due to circumstances beyond our control or inaccurate delivery details, we will contact you where possible to arrange a solution.

This section explains both your legal rights and our additional returns offer. Nothing in this section, or in the ELEMIS Returns Policy, affects your statutory consumer rights under the applicable law.
(a) Your Legal Right to Withdraw (14 Days)
You have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must clearly notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires.
Returned products must, where a return is required, be:
- unused and unopened;
- with all seals intact; and
- returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, in accordance with the applicable law.
(b) Our Extended 30-Day Returns Policy
In addition to your legal rights, ELEMIS offers an extended, voluntary return period of up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Under this policy:
- eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt;
- items must, where applicable, be unused, unopened, with all seals intact and in their original packaging; and
- proof of purchase is required.
This extended 30-day return is a commercial goodwill policy and does not limit or replace your statutory rights.
For full details of our returns process, please refer to the ELEMIS Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the applicable law.
8. International Shipping

When placing an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom (an "International Order"), you acknowledge and agree that the recipient may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. By placing an International Order, you agree to comply with the terms set out in this section.
The recipient of an International Order is solely responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes and fees imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges are separate from the product and shipping costs and are not included in the order total.
Customs policies vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order. ELEMIS has no control over these charges and cannot predict their value.
ELEMIS will accurately complete a customs declaration for all International Orders, including a description of the contents and their declared value — including any complimentary gifts or samples. However, ELEMIS is not responsible for customs-related issues arising from the information provided by the customer. Customs authorities may open and inspect packages, and ELEMIS has no influence over that process.
If an International Order is refused by the recipient or rejected by the customs authorities of the destination country and is returned to ELEMIS, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.
ELEMIS reserves the right to update this section at any time to reflect changes in international trade regulations.

From time to time ELEMIS may offer promotional discounts and incentives, including welcome offers for email or SMS sign-up and birthday offers. All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, modified or replaced at any time.
Promotions are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to any additional conditions communicated at the time the offer is made. Promotions are intended for personal use only and may not be used for resale or commercial purposes.
a. Free Gifts and Discount Offers
From time to time, we may offer free gifts as part of a promotion or in connection with the purchase of qualifying products.
Free gifts are subject to availability, while stocks last, and are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise. Free gifts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or substituted unless required by law.
If you return all or part of an order that qualified for a free gift, you may be required to return the free gift. If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its value from any refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change, substitute or withdraw free gift offers at any time. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
b. Welcome Email and SMS Offer
When you sign up to receive ELEMIS marketing communications by email and/or SMS, you may be eligible to receive a one-time welcome offer. The welcome offer is valid on your first purchase only and applies to eligible products, subject to any exclusions communicated at the time of sign-up.
Only one promotional code may be used per order. Welcome offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes, redeemed retrospectively, exchanged for cash, or applied to gift cards, sale items or other excluded products.
c. Birthday Offer
Customers who have opted in to receive ELEMIS marketing communications and have provided their date of birth may be eligible for a birthday offer. Birthday offers are issued once per calendar year, are valid for the period communicated, and apply only to eligible products.
Birthday offers are personal, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise.
d. Marketing Consent
Receipt of email and SMS marketing communications is subject to your consent, obtained separately for each channel. You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or SMS messages, or by contacting Customer Care.
We use separate consent mechanisms for email and SMS marketing. Pre-ticked boxes are not used. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect any orders already placed or your contractual relationship with ELEMIS.
e. Digital Gift Cards
Digital Gift Cards are valid for product purchases on ELEMIS.COM only. They cannot be used to purchase House of ELEMIS treatments or vouchers. Digital Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.
Digital Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents, except as required by applicable law.
Digital Gift Cards may be used across multiple transactions; the full balance does not need to be redeemed in a single order. Where the order value exceeds the remaining Gift Card balance, the outstanding amount must be paid by debit or with credit card.
Digital Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be resold. They cannot be combined with other promotional codes. or discount offers unless expressly permitted at the time of redemption.
ELEMIS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Digital Gift Cards or unauthorised use. Treat your Digital Gift Card like cash.
If you return a product purchased using a Digital Gift Card, any refund will be credited back to the original Digital Gift Card. Digital Gift Cards themselves are non-refundable.
10. Corporate Scheme

The ELEMIS Corporate Scheme offers an exclusive discount on purchases made through elemis.com/uk. The discount is automatically applied at checkout for verified users who have been added to the dedicated customer group and have a valid, approved corporate email address.
(a) Eligibility
To qualify for the Corporate Scheme discount:
- you must be a current employee of a company deemed eligible by ELEMIS;
- you must register for an account on uk.elemis.com using your company-issued email address;
- ELEMIS will manually verify the email address and, upon approval, assign your account to the discount-qualified customer group; and
- you must be logged into your verified uk.elemis.com account to access and apply the discount.
ELEMIS reserves the right to verify employment status at any time and may revoke discount access if eligibility criteria are no longer met.
(b) Discount Terms
The applicable discount is applied automatically at checkout on uk.elemis.com only.
It applies to eligible full-price products and cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless specifically stated otherwise.
ELEMIS reserves the right to exclude certain products or categories from the scheme, including sale items, bundles or limited editions.
(c) Usage Limits
Monthly spending caps may be introduced to ensure fair use and deter misuse. You will be informed of any spending limits or changes.
Purchases must be for personal use only. Bulk orders, third-party purchases and resale are strictly prohibited.
(d) Monitoring and Reporting
Purchase activity on uk.elemis.com is monitored to ensure compliance with scheme terms. ELEMIS may generate periodic spend reports and, where necessary and as permitted by our Privacy Policy, share them with participating employers or scheme administrators.
(e) Misuse and Termination
Misuse of the scheme includes, but is not limited to, account sharing, creating multiple accounts, purchasing for resale, or providing false registration details. Any misuse may result in immediate removal from the scheme, cancellation of discounted orders, and/or permanent suspension from elemis.com/uk.
ELEMIS reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Corporate Scheme at any time, with or without prior notice.
11. Subscription Programme

(a) What is Subscription by ELEMIS?
Subscription by ELEMIS is a convenient way to receive selected ELEMIS products automatically on a recurring basis at a delivery frequency chosen by you.
Subscription orders are placed automatically and will continue until you cancel. The programme offers exclusive benefits, including discounts, complimentary gifts and free UK standard delivery, subject to these Terms.
(b) How to Join
You can join the Subscription programme by selecting the “Subscribe” option on an eligible product page or in your shopping bag and choosing your preferred delivery frequency before checkout.
Once your subscription order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your subscription and a link to manage it through your ELEMIS online account.
(c) Managing Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription at all times. Through your online account, you may:
- change your delivery frequency;
- update quantities or delivery details; and
- pause or cancel your subscription.
Changes must be made no later than 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment date. We will send you a reminder email approximately 10 days before each subscription order is due to ship. You will only be charged when your order is shipped.
(d) Subscription Benefits
Unless otherwise stated, all active subscriptions include:
- 10% off the standard retail price of eligible subscription products;
- free UK standard delivery on all subscription orders; and
- the ability to edit, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
From time to time, ELEMIS may offer additional promotional benefits to subscription customers. These apply to eligible subscription orders only and may vary over time. Current promotional benefits may include:
- Welcome order: 10% off plus one complimentary gift
- First recurring order: 10% off plus two complimentary gifts
- Second recurring order: 15% off
- Third recurring order: 10% off plus one complimentary gift
- Fourth recurring order: 10% off plus two complimentary gifts
- Fifth recurring order: 15% off
For the purposes of these promotions, a "recurring order" means a successfully placed and paid subscription order. Skipped or cancelled orders do not count towards promotional order milestones.
Complimentary gifts included as part of subscription promotions:
- are subject to availability and available while stocks last;
- may be substituted with an alternative product of equal or greater value at ELEMIS’ discretion; and
- cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative products.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotional benefits apply once per eligible order;
- promotional benefits cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers; and
- promotional benefits apply to subscription purchases only and not to one-off purchases.
(e) Price Changes
From time to time, ELEMIS may change the prices of products available through the Subscription Programme. If a price change affects your subscription item, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before your next scheduled shipment date.
Subscription discounts apply to the price in effect at the time the order is placed, following any notified price changes. You may amend or cancel your subscription at any time before the new price takes effect.
(f) Changes to Subscription Benefits
ELEMIS reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw subscription benefits or promotional offers at any time. Any such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed prior to the change taking effect.
(g) Payment Authorisation
By placing a subscription order, you authorise ELEMIS to charge your selected payment method for future subscription orders at the frequency and quantity you have chosen. The total cost of each order may vary depending on pricing, promotions and product availability at the time of shipment.

We aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly. If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer your complaint to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. We are not currently obliged to participate in ADR under UK law, but we will consider reasonable ADR requests.

Product reviews displayed on the Site are provided by customers and are managed through our third-party review partner, Bazaarvoice.
Reviews are collected from customers who have purchased or used the relevant product, including verified purchasers where indicated.
Bazaarvoice applies processes designed to ensure reviews are authentic. Reviews may be moderated to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or irrelevant.
We do not edit or alter the substance of customer reviews. Reviews reflect individual customer opinions and do not represent our views. Where incentives are offered in connection with reviews, this will be clearly disclosed in line with the CAP Code and UK consumer protection law.

All content on the Site, including trademarks, logos, product images, designs, text and software, is owned or licensed by Elemis Limited and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or any products purchased through it.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant product.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable laws, or our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
