1. What is Subscription by Elemis?

Subscription by ELEMIS is a convenient way to receive selected ELEMIS products automatically on a recurring basis at a delivery frequency chosen by you. Subscription orders are automatically placed and will continue until you cancel.
The programme offers exclusive subscription benefits, including discounts, complimentary gifts, and free UK standard delivery, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. How to Join the Subscription Programme

You can join the Subscription by ELEMIS programme by selecting the “Subscribe” option on an eligible product page or in your shopping bag and choosing your preferred delivery frequency before checkout.
Once you place your subscription order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your subscription and a link to manage it through your ELEMIS online account.

3. Managing Your Subscription

You have full control over your subscription at all times. Through your online account, you may:

  • - change your delivery frequency,
  • - update quantities or delivery details,
  • - pause or cancel your subscription.

Changes must be made no later than 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment date. We will send you an email reminder approximately 10 days before each subscription order is due to ship. You will only be charged when your order is shipped.

4. Subscription Benefits

4.1 Ongoing Subscription Benefits
Unless otherwise stated, all active subscriptions include:

  • - 10% off the standard retail price of eligible subscription products;
  • - Free UK standard delivery on all subscription orders; and;
  • - the ability to edit, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

4.2 Additional Promotional Benefits
From time to time, ELEMIS may offer additional promotional benefits to subscription customers. These benefits apply to eligible subscription orders only and may vary over time.

Current promotional benefits may include:

  • Welcome Order: 10% off plus one complimentary gift
  • First recurring order: 10% off plus two complimentary gifts
  • Second recurring order: 15% off
  • Third recurring order: 15% off
  • Fourth recurring order: 10% off plus two complimentary gifts
  • Fifth recurring order: 15% off

For the purposes of these promotions, a “recurring order” means a successfully placed and paid subscription order. Skipped or cancelled orders do not count towards promotional order milestones.

4.3 Complimentary Gifts
Complimentary gifts:

  • Are subject to availability and available while stocks last;
  • May be substituted with an alternative product of equal or greater value at ELEMIS’ discretion; and
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.

4.4 Promotional Conditions
Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Promotional benefits apply once per eligible order;
  • Promotional benefits cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers; and
  • Promotional benefits apply to subscription purchases only and not to one-off purchases.

5. Price Changes

From time to time, ELEMIS may change the prices of products available through the Subscription Programme.If a price change affects your subscription item, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before your next scheduled shipment date. Subscription discounts apply to the price in effect at the time the order is placed, following any notified price changes.You may amend or cancel your subscription at any time before the new price takes effect.

7. Payment Authorisation

By placing a subscription order, you authorise ELEMIS to charge your selected payment method for future subscription orders at the frequency and quantity you have chosen. The total cost of each order may vary depending on pricing, promotions, and product availability at the time of shipment.

9. General

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to ELEMIS’ standard website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, these Subscription Terms & Conditions will apply.

1. How do I make changes to my Subscription by ELEMIS orders?

Once you’ve joined, a Subscription by ELEMIS is easy to manage. With our monthly skincare Subscription by ELEMIS, you can choose from a range of beauty products, including our best-selling Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm or the Pro-Collagen Marine Cream. With just a few clicks, you can have your favourite skincare items delivered to your doorstep every month..

Change an order date:

1. Visit the “Subscriptions” section within your account.

2. Click the “ Change Date” button to the right of the next shipment date.

3. Select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire beauty Subscription order.

Skip a delivery:

1. Visit the “ Subscriptions” section within your account.

2. Click the “Skip Order” button to the right of the upcoming order date to skip the entire subscription order.

Change delivery frequency:

1. Visit the “Subscriptions” section within your account.

2. The current delivery frequency is displayed next to each Subscription by ELEMIS item in a dropdown menu next to “Every”. To change the delivery frequency for an individual item on your skincare subscription, simply click the frequency dropdown menu next to the item you would like to modify and select your desired frequency from the available options.

Send an order now:

1. Visit the “Subscriptions” section within your account.

2. Click the “Send Now” button to the right of the upcoming order date to send the entire order.

Cancel a skin Subscription by ELEMIS item:

1. To cancel a Subscription by ELEMIS item, visit the “My Recurring Orders” section within your account.

2. Click the “Cancel” link to the right of the beauty subscription item you wish to cancel.

3. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected a cancellation reason and clicked the “Cancel Subscription” button, your subscription for that item will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed, provided the cancellation was requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shipment date.

4. You will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Pause a Subscribe to Save item:

1. To pause a skincare Subscription item, visit the ”Subscriptions” section within your account.

2. Click the “Pause” link to the right of the item you wish to pause.

3. You’ll be prompted to select a shipment resume date of your monthly skincare subscription. Once you’ve selected the date and clicked the “Pause Subscription” button, your beauty subscription will be paused and will resume shipment on the date that you selected.

2. How do I make changes to my Subscription by ELEMIS account information?

To review or modify your Subscription by ELEMIS account information, visit the ”Subscriptions” section located within your account.

Shipping address changes:

1. To change your shipping address for an order, click the “Edit” link located directly next to the current shipping information.

2. Select a prior shipping address from the dropdown menu or create a new one to add to your account. Unless you indicate otherwise, this shipping address will apply to all Subscription and future orders thereafter.

Billing address changes:

1. To change your billing address for an order, click the “Edit” link located directly next to the current billing information.

2. This will open a new page where you can add new payment information. Unless you indicate otherwise, this billing information will apply to all Subscriptions and future orders thereafter.

Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information was saved successfully. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

3. How do I view my future deliveries?

Your very next scheduled orders will be listed in the “Subscriptions” section of your Elemis online account under the “Upcoming Orders” option.

4. How do I combine items to be in the same order?

Subscription by ELEMIS items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order. If you have more than one Subscribe to Save item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit the “Subscription” section of your account and select the same next-order dates for the items you want shipped together. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.

5. What types of payments are accepted for Subscription by ELEMIS?

All Subscription by ELEMIS orders require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as Klarna, PayPal and Apple Pay, cannot be accepted.

6. How will I know if an item in my subscription has been discontinued?

If an item in your Subscription by ELEMIS order becomes discontinued, we will send you an email notifying you that the item has been removed from your account and your subscription for that item will be cancelled.

7. Are sachet samples included with all ELEMIS orders?

Complimentary sachet samples are included with one-time purchases and your first subscription order. Samples are not included with recurring subscription deliveries
