Don’t worry — there’s no revision needed for this kind of questionnaire. Instead, your therapist will begin by asking you a variety of questions to get an idea of your needs.

This could be anything from any skincare pain points you’d like to focus on, to your sleeping pattern, stress levels, or your medication. This is because some medicines could impact the products we use during the treatment.

After initially cleansing and toning the skin, your therapist will carry out what we like to call ‘the mirror consultation’. At this point in the treatment, they will show you your cleansed skin in the mirror, followed by a talk-through of any observations or points of focus.

Next, your therapist will also discuss your skin priorities, getting an idea of what’s most important to you. Using this information, they will be able to refine and tailor the facial to what they think of as ‘your skin dream’.

Once your priorities and needs have been heard, it’s time for your facial treatment to commence. As you’ll see below, we offer an array of facials at John Lewis, each bringing unique and targeted benefits.

At the end of your treatment, we hope that you feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and well cared for. At this point, you’ll have the opportunity to ask your therapist any questions about the treatment, or any recommendations they may have for you.
